Binance Turkey has warned investors about the spread of fake ads on billboards in the region.
According to the exchange’s branch in Turkey:
“Recently, billboards similar to the image below appear in different regions of Turkey.”
A photo of one of the billboards was added to the post, which contains the exchange logo, phones for contacting with the Turkish code, tickers of popular cryptocurrencies and some text in Arabic.
The company has emphasized that the information on the boards “has nothing to do with Binance.” The trading platform intends to take action against people “who are clearly involved in fraudulent activity.”
