Terraform Labs Lawyers Resign After UST Crash

Three members of Terraform Labs’ legal department have resigned following the collapse of the algorithmic stablecoin TerraUSD (UST) and the LUNA token, The Block reports.

According to the source, a third-party specialist is now dealing with the project’s legal issues.

Terraform Labs General Counsel Marc Goldich, General Corporate Counsel Lawrence Florio and Chief Litigation and Regulatory Lawyer Noah Exler have left their positions at the company. According to their LinkedIn profiles, they left the project in May after less than a year.

A company spokesman has said:

“The past week has been a challenging one for Terraform Labs and a small number of team members have left in recent days. The vast majority of employees remain firmly committed to the mission of the project.”

Goldich, Florio, and Exler did not comment on their departure from Terraform Labs.
