The Ark Innovation ETF (ARKF), which is managed by ARK Invest, has purchased 10,880 shares of Coinbase, bringing its total position to $60.5 million or 8% of AUM.
According to the documents filed with the SEC, in total for all funds, the management company owns 7.7 million securities of the US-based exchange with an average purchase price of $218.45. Over the past year, the figure has increased by 2 million.
On October 25, Coinbase stock ended trading up 13.04% to $75.05. The driver was the growth of Bitcoin above $20,000. Since the beginning of the year, shares have fallen in price by 70.3%.
Catherine Wood has previously predicted the growth of the capitalization of BTC to $4.5 trillion.
